Car died on highway. . .

I was driving about 65 mph and my car kinda "bucked" once then did it again and just shut off. After I stopped it started right back up with no problem. It has bucked a few times since our big snow storm last week but it was 65 here today and no rain while I was driving. Idles great. I am totally miffed. . .

Those are the symptoms of a bad MAF.
Other things can cause the same effects, of course, but if you can try/borrow one try that first.

Yeah I figured as much. No codes or anything. I am already looking at one or two on the net. It can never be anything like a fuel filter

I never heard of that. . . I have the MAF in vinegar right now. It runs well, idles well, then sometimes even if I am giving it gas. . .she just dies. At the most random times. And not very often either. When the MAF died on me before it wouldn't run unless I gave it some gas. I have no idea on this one.

I just found that I have a broken AC belt too. Doubtful this has anything to do with her shutting down every now and then though.
