Outback soon to be available for adoption...
With the passing of my best friend, his 1996 Outback wagon landed in my world for for the adoption process.
Before I got into it too far, I hauled it to SVXfiles for a quickie-look-under. It needs 2 bolt on parts. ( that will be bolted on before the adoption occures) Since it is an orphan, we are giving it away to anyone that wants to DONATE $3,000 to his son's trust fund. It has 135k, it is white, 2.5, automatic, cassette player, AWD, gray cloth interior, etc, etc. I would keep it, but I already have 2 Outbacks, ( Which is why he bought his). It had suffered some body damage to the right side that was overcome by the replacement of the 2 right doors and the massaging of some Bondo into the fender and quarter pannel. The papers will be in order in a few weeks so it can go to a new home. ( just in time for the first snow!) RSVP if you have room in your home for this poor orphan!
