Need quick advice on hub bolts (lugnuts)

Wondering if anyone could help me.

A couple of my hub bolts on my 94' SVX LE (The bolts where the lugnuts screw onto) are stripped and need to be replaced.

Can they be replaced without taking the hub off the car? What do you use get the bolts off?

Or do you have to remove the hub?

Thanks a bunch!

should be able to...

do it without removing the hubs. Assuming they are like those on my 92 LS-L, then all you should have to do it unbolt the ABS ring (to get it out of the way) and hammer the stud out. I just had one replaced yesterday and it took about 5 minutes altogether with the mechanic using an air hammer. I figure if you are an accurate hitter, then you might be able to knock them out with a regular hammer. He just used another lugnut and a large nut (between the lugnut and hub) to pull the new stud into place.

Thanks for the help!

While I was doing the brakes today, I took a hammer to the lugnut and it popped out easily.

Thanks!
