I have one last question

Sorry about taking up all this room on the msg. board but like I said I just got the car and I was hoping to find out that everything is working properly... heres what's happening when I'm driving with my A/C or Heat on it works great but when I turn A/C and Heat off using the "OFF" button I feel outside air blowing on my feet which is almost like a vent yet "VENT" is "OFF" does everyone feel this air or do I have something wrong?

don't know why, but it's supposed to do that. it's in the manual.
