wanted : those center wheel caps
hey all... in trying to get my car to mint condition... i need 4 new center caps for my stock rims, my current ones have worn out and looks crap
so if anyone has a set of 4, that would be great... thanks

I don't know if they are shot or the paint is worn off. If they are ok except for the paint, you can sand them down and then paint them. There is a section on repainting them in the How-To Documents here. Uese the search feature as well and you can find out more about this. The caps are around $30. USD ea new in case you want extra nice ones.

boxing day down the port today, the asians kept walking up to my car and looking at it, got a few compliments from a variety of people, no young good looking girls though

I asked Subaru about four years ago how much new ones were:
$87 and some change, each. ANd there was a grand total of one in stock in the country.

That would probably be the best and cheapest solution.
I have repainted mine and the main thing that one needs to do is and all of the old paint off. It does not cover the old paint very well if it is not done.
