Yep, sure is. Sure is a Czech flag on the car too. Also says Czech Subaru Rally team.....Not sure if it is just riced out, but I don't think it was.

That car could either be an amatuer rally car or someone who is really proud to own a WRX. Either that or it could be a Lada that went through some major body modifacations, you can try to compare.

Skoda is actually a make from the Czech rebublic and is now owned by VW. You can say it is currently their eastern European and rally arm.

Actually Skoda and Seat are the properties of VW, they are the only two makes which have VW hearts but one made in Czech Rep. while the other is made in Spain.

Looks like someone smooshed an Evo II with a Suzuki and it made babies with a WRX.
