OEM Transmission external filter Vs Perma-cool filter
Hi everyone
I am about to install the B&M cooler and just wondering if I should just buy new OEM filter( below the battery ) or bypass the OEM filter and install the Perma cool filter kit? What is the best set up? Thanks a lot! 92 SVX

Bypass...less restriction.

I think the PermaCool filter has less restriction than the OEM. If you are not going to go to a new one, I would replace the old OEM filter unless you know how long it has been in the car.
