need specs on rear diff

Someone with a Subaru service manual please tell me what it says for the tolerances on the rear differential ring and pinion gears. I need to know where to set the preload (if possible) and the backlash.
Thanks,
Chris

Are you asking about side gear preload? There's a fair amount of text that explains it. want to make sure before I scan and send.

I scanned it anyway. Put the whole dis&re-assemble story in pdf files in my personal locker.
