I have experienced instant oversteer only twice in my SVX on dry pavement. Each time was on a diminishing radius on ramp. Two different ramps. One level and only slightly cambered that I drive hard all the time, and one not cambered and with a good uphill grade that I rarely drive (and never before nor since accelerated like that on).

Twice I was accelerating strongly and approaching the merge at about 8.5-9/10ths when I saw a slow car on the highway that I would have pulled in front of in an ungentilemanly fashion. On the level ramp I just snapped off the gas- no brakes. On the uphill ramp I dropped the gas and touched the brakes. Both times the back end stepped out sharply and I had to countersteer and catch it- to which the SVX responded without drama.

Now in the snow...
