Should I go Momo?

I just got some new tires last week !! (FINALLY, much delay), some Yokohoma Avids V4s to be exact, and will be mounting them to the wheels I have on it right now. (rear is missing center piece, chips and blotches here and there... not too bad looking but not great either... beat a'bit):

I figured once I break the tires in a little bit (excuse for reaching way way up and digging another $400 out of the rear cavity later than sooner) and seeing these on discounttire for like 90 each, this may be a nice replacement for what I have... even if they are more winter orientated... I would obviously use them all year:

MOMO Winter:

15" version on a Scion I believe:

Not sure I've seen anyone on here with these (though some others seem similar) but what do you guys think? Yay or nay? I would imagine they would be light but hopefully not toy plastic looking.

*edit - black ones don't look too bad either:

Re: Should I go Momo?

IMHO those are kinda ugly... but if you really want them I would second the black finished ones. On the plus side they are five spoke rims (I think 5 or 7 is the only way to go).

Re: Should I go Momo?

I don't like them, for the same reason i don't like the morano rims. If you get them, can i have the old ones? If so, GO MOMO!

Re: Should I go Momo?

They are way too similar to what you already have. Keep what you've got until you find something you just can't resist.

What's the reason you don't like the Morano rims? (I only seen a few and they look like beveled ass, didn't like what I seen there).

Is black the new.... black? ermm... nevermind.

For some reason when I picture the black ones on the SVX, it seems like the overall image of the car would be really dark. Tinting the windows will only make it that much darker, which I will eventually do.

Thanks for all they feedback/comments!
*(Oh, and I don't think my current rims would be barely worth the price to cover shipping costs. The rear center piece screw-on job is broken and can not be replaced, there are several large nicks on the front right one along with scratches on the others.) 0- The picture I posted is deceiving making the rims look not that bad from a distance.

Re: Should I go Momo?

you say black rims would make the overall image dark as though it's a bad thing. I say the momos are cool but rock the black
