I found the ultimate cupholder for the SVX

No pun intended, but I found the ultimate SVX cupholder for our SVX's at www.ultimatecupholders.com.

The actual cupholder for our cars is his newest version 2 (you won't find the link in his site yet). The correct link is HERE

i would never use the factory one - i know i would eventually tear the open console lid off with my right elbow.

you can get that at most major auto parts chain stores for like $5 (without the added on "Subaru" logo). i have one somewhere in my garage, actually. i never used it because i didn't want to drill holes in my SVX.
