Yea that could be lifters ticking, from sitting for a little while. Try to tell what part of the engine it's coming from.

When I brought out a stethescope to listen for the ticking location (The third time that I started it), it was gone. I'm sure it was, as you said, a sticky lifter. It's running smooth now and it's the best it has looked since i bought it. It only took a front end collision... Thanks again for the help!
