Shift boots - beige?
For those with beige interiors and manual transmissions, what are you using for a shift boot? I can't find a single post here mentioning a beige shift boot. The best I could find was a mention of Wheelskins as well as Dayle's swatches.
I don't want to use the dark grey WRX boot if I can help it.

Redline on NASIOC has some neat stuff. I got the one that supposedly fits my shifter, but due to its 6MT of the era nature, it required a velcro wrap on the top that's dreadful. The boot is smaller than appropriate, but it fits enough to say that it fits, and that's good enough for today.

Did the 3000gt/stealth come with a beige interior? I noticed that the grey matches our grey pretty much perfectly, maybe the beige would too.

tried ebay ? there is a number of them there even black ones with beige stitching or half black half beige ones

No those BMW ones don't work. Already tried those. Still looking for an option myself. I don't think there are many beige interiors with Manuals.

Why not get one made? Any custom leather upholstery shop can do it... and get the leather as close as possible in color.

I have a possible solution. I have a beige ultrasuede/ microfiber storage bod that I bought from Amazon about 6 months ago. I have seen them in Walmart also.
The color is almost a dead match for the tan ecsaine in the SVX interior. More than enough material to remove and have a shift boot made. Maybe find a cheapo boot to use as a pattern and revise as necessary. AMAZON LINK  16.5" high x 15" x 15" .
