Exhaust and o2 questons
I just had a shop put a y-pipe in my car (swapped eg33 into xt6) and they apparently didn't understand my instructions about the o2 bungs. they piped the left bank fine, the o2 sensor is placed before the pipe y's BUT the right bank o2 sensor is placed AFTER the y, therefore is reading off of both banks, not just the right.
now the real question. IS this going to be a problem with the ECU? do I take it back and tell them to fix it? thanks ironhydroxide

I would take it back, tell them to fix it, then ask if they learned how to work on cars by reading something in a fortune cookie or out of a cereal box. It's simple, really..
