Getting car state inspected

I was going to buy a Maryland inspection sticker till I found out it was $275 so I decided to get a legal one and put the rest of the money into fixing it. Things that needed to be fixed

1. Front stabalizer bushings
2. Rear wheel bearing
3. 4 wheel allingment
5. Left and right tie rod ends
6. Valve cover gaskets

Not to mention I just paid $236 to gat a starter replaced on my 87 Merkur.
