hey don't knock Depends ok? i still only 6 months old. i sit on phone books to be able to see the road and i use rodeo clown stilts to hit the gas. odd thing though is that i wonder why they don't cut 4 holes in the depends though. i mean they cut two big holes for your ears, but how do they expect me to see the road????

So it really is true then, you're gonna exchange the SVX for a Forrester XT?

Of course I would love to have a Forrester XT too, but only in addition to my SVX! Kinda easy for me to say though since my SVX is worth hardly nothing in trade value right now anyway.

It is true indeed, and with great sadness, but sometimes my head must rule my heart. The SVX has a knackered centre diff, A faulty steering rack, a noisy wheel bearing and a dent in the side from a recent accident. The dealer offered £3750 on trade in (about $25,000 at current exchange rates) so it was a good deal.

On a more serious note, we have 2 kids, and with my Father's recent passing, we now need a car which can transport 3 adults and 2 children in safety. We had been coping, but my wife finds the trunk a little cramped.

I found the Forester a little slow after the SVX, but I may get the Prodrive upgrade, which gives a 25% increase in bhp and a 30% increase in torque. I wonder if I can have it done without the wife noticing?
