a/c problems

ok i had my low side line replaced (found out there was 3 cracks and leaking bad and leaking from schradder valve.) b4 i just recharged my a/c and it would work for about 2 months, compressor is just fine. b4 i had my line replaced it was squeaking a little bit. and now its squeaking everytime it engages. my bud said its the clutch coil. now how do you replaced one of these?!?!

nope its the clutch. dealer doesnt have one and the auto parts store doesnt have one. where do you get one of these.?!?!?!

How do you know it is the clutch, and not just the belt??

Off of another A/C compressor... I don't believe they can be bought separately, at least that anyone has found so far.

That really just sounds like the belt. Try some belt dressing {silicone spray}.

I think if you had a problem with the clutch you would already be looking at a siezure by now.

I can get a Compressor pretty easily if you need.
