Tune up suggestions?

Car is running well overall but I've been driving it a lot and the engine is getting a variety of minor symptoms.

The idle is unusally high now when it's cooler. It takes a long time to kick down. I don't remember it doing this last winter.
There is the occasional hesitation, noticeable when the engine is cold and I just rev it in neutral. It seems its missing a little at lower RPMs.

I changed the OIL last weekend, got rid of the KVM air filter, cleaned the MAF and adjusted the TPS, which was nearly perfect anyway.

What else should I tune up? Plugs, I know, this weekend. Do I need to worry about the coilpacks?
