I'd go get a new pulley immediately. The only thing it's going to rub against is the timing belt cover, which sometimes happens with the OEM pulley anyway. But that wobbing isn't good at all. Your crank and bearings are probably fine, but you're definitely placing more strain on them with that wobbly pulley.
By the way, this belongs in the tech q&a forum.

Mine does that sometimes, did you try tightening it, the nut could come loose. It needs to be done with a touque wrench or impact gun I'm not sure about what the setting is, anybody?

It has been doing the wobble thing since the water pump seized but has only been clicking for about 3 weeks. I don't see how getting a new pulley will help. Do you think the pulley is warped?
I don't have the means to tighten it. At one point in time after replacing the water pump (june of last year) it actually did an in-out motion (stock pulley). What can I expect to happen in time without fixing the problem? Be specific.

You should at least remove the pulley to determine what exactly is bent or deformed. My guess is that the pulley is wallowed out.

The last time we removed that thing I needed a huge hammer and wrench, a cheater bar, and 3 guys wailing on it. I don't have these resources anymore.

easy stuff
Getting that bolt off is easy....all you need to do (and this was told to me by eddycat, a subaru mastertech...and it worked great) is a breakerbar and socket that fits that bolt. Attach the breakerbar and socket on the bolt. Brace the bar against the ground. Have someone put their foot on it to hold it in place and then put the key in the ignition and crank it for a split second. Breaks the bolt free just fine. Torquing it back down after you get it changed is another matter. I used a strap wrench along with help from Dr. Kuo and we got it tightened back down again.
You could probably have that pulley changed in an hour with this method and it only takes two people with little effort to do. Hope that helps some. ~Ray

I've heard of this method and I may do that. The problem is finding something strong to brace the bar against.
