People Stopping in the street to ask about SVX and taking photos!

Hi All!

Today, where I live I innocently stopped to get a coffee.

Within 5 minutes I had two guys taking photos with their mobile phones and several school kids swarming around the SVX.

I was congratulated for owning such a "beautiful" car, and how the "locals" had never seen one before - Nobody would have believed me if I had told them it was 16 years old!!! This must be how DeLorean owners feel!!

Anyway, just wanted to say how lucky I am to drive an SVX.

Cheers.

Well, I took it to Sydney on the weekend. Met "Turbz", took some pics of our twin SVX. I will post in a new thread.

Had two more random dudes ask me about it.

One asked it Subaru were still selling the SVX as mine looks brand new!

The guys at the tyre place were pretty nonchalant about it, but I did see them all come out to have a subtle peek at it!!

Also had a flat when I returned to it in the Hotel carpark..

Had to put on the crappy "space saving" spare wheel and drive through the middle of Sydney...

Turns out I needed the tyre re-beaded and sealed.

$15 at "Tyre & Wheel pty ltd" on Victoria Rd West Ryde. Nice chaps, I recommend.
