Hey guys, my name's Jordan, this is my first post, hopefully i get it all right.
Just bought an SVX and I've been in touch with some of you guys already.
I have some pics of the car and probably a few questions too..... but also, upload some pics of your SVXs too!!!! It'd be great to see all the owners of SVXs in Australia from the forum

I remember seeing that car driving down Broadway in about 2000.

Looks like it is in decent condition. I hope to get back up to NSW by the end of the year and I would love to spend a lazy Saturday or Sunday cruising. Hopefully Viking has wheels back on his when I get back.

Remember to look after your SVX and it will look after you. Tony and I have both put our SVX's through some pretty solid punishment in different ways, but as long as you take due care and aren't afraid to drop a few pennies on stepping on problems early, you'll love the car as much as it loves you.

I remember that car too - out Bankstown way I recall about 8/9 years ago (wow...time passes!)

I also remember taking my SVX down to Melbourne and stopping the Tuckerbox - many years later, Jason stops her there again!

Oh, and great to see the 'SVX' (word only) numberplate on an SVX.....was available, went back the next day to buy and was gone.

Happy days of SVX ownership!

Currently running around in a 1996 S500 coupe here - it replaced a R129 SL.

The SVX is still, however, my favourite! Incredible car.

hehhee I'm not sure if you're talking about my SVX or Jason's but I bought my SVX from an old guy from bankstown and coincidentally it turned out that he knew me and my dad.

I also stopped there on my way from Melbourne - because a good friend of mine (who is a keen Vortex fan!) found a 1986 Vortex Turbo in Melbourne, and I was happy to drive him down there to pick it up!

The sight of a Vortex / SVX convoy stunned a lot of drivers on the way back to Sydney!!
