Talking 5 speed= good, 20 speeds = better!

I think I'm going to put my 20 speed tranny in my SVX instead of my Toyota truck.

(If you really care, this is an R151F transmission from a turbo toyota pickup, a 4.7 low range reduction box, an advanced adapters dual case adapter, and a stock turbo truck's transfer case all stacked together. It is about 4 feet long with the bellhousing.)

1st gear x low x low = 46:1

We figure I can run the 1/4 mile in 1 hour.

I need one of thoes for my Loyal. Maybe it would compensate for the 98hp motor.

LOL! Now that's a transmission! Talk about a rock-crawler...wow! I wish I'd had that for my Trooper.

Wouldn't you have to reach into the back seat to switch between hi-low gearing?
