SVX off-roader

This is actually my former SVX, which was going down this super stock restore path until I found the type of rust that means it's not worth restoring.... When I ended up with a leaking water pump 50 miles from home (at my work), I decided to sell cheap to a co-worker rather than tow it home (I had already picked up my low mileage 1992 Pearl).

My co-worker turned it into an Alcan 5000 tribute car and ran it the Gambler 500. Then kept building/adding/repairing/driving it. I'm super impressed at the work done and how quickly they got the car ready in time for the Gambler 500. The new owner seems to love the car, and I'm very happy to see it go to a great home. I get to see it in person occasionally and took it for a short drive once. Lots of fun!

I keep promising myself I'm to build an off-roader SVX one day.
