TruSpeed Performance LLC

I posted originally under my region but since I will be selling SVX specific parts as well I might as well start a thread here so people aren't saying "WTF is TruSpeed" so here goes...

I just started a new business here in Utah! It's a performance shop called TruSpeed Performance.

TruSpeed Performance is an honest, no hassle, low cost alternative
for your performance needs. We are a very laid back and open minded couple guys who love to work on cars. We take pride in learning as much as we can and sharing our skills with auto enthusiasts.

We're not out to get all your money and cut corners. We work on every car with the same passion we have working on our own. We'd love to see your tuner looking clean, driving fast, and expressing you and your tastes without breaking the bank.

Have an awesome custom idea for your ride? Can't find anyone who makes performance parts for your car? Or perhaps you just want to swap out that whole drive train with one with more options. You've come to the right place. At TruSpeed Performance we're all about making your dreams and ideas into reality and doing right. No Pimp My Ride here!

We won't try and sell you on installing all sorts of monitors that you won't ever watch or stupid spinners and gizmos that belong in a toddlers toy. We'll recommend options that we ourselves would want to try if your car was our own. So give us a call to set up a time to come talk to us about your ride.

Check us out at http://www.truspeed-performance.com

P.S.: Watch out for an SVX 5speed/6speed conversion kit and an SVX Turbo kit and a few other SVX specific mods coming in the next few months!

TruSpeed Dash Kits

We will be offering an alternative to your stick on dash kits, whether your woodgrain is showing it's age or you want a true carbon fiber dash, or a brushed aluminum look or something you've had in mind but don't have the skills or know how to do we can help you out.

We will be offering a few different kits, these will be direct oem replacement items. All styles will require a core as we are modifying the original. If you do not have a full dash in good condition you will just not receive the core refund.

Currently Available
-Refurbish Kit (Refurbish your old woodgrain to make it look brand new!)
-Carbon Fiber (Real carbon fiber wrapped abs dash kit, nothing to stick on)

Coming soon
-Brushed Aluminum
-Custom woodgrain colors
-Solid colors or candies

Another option that we will be offering is a 5/6speed shifter surround this will replace your old (potentially hacked up) stock one you modified for your conversion and make it look brand new like it was from the factory. We will also be offering these as an option with our 5spd/6spd kits.

We are working on a hose kit that doesn't break the bank.

I have a source that I'm going through currently making a hose kit for an old eclipse, but once measurements are taken we will be offering a kit for the SVX as well. Current colors that I know I will be able to get are:
RED
BLUE
BLACK

Will post back with updates later incl. prices for each kit, and other available colors

Re: TruSpeed Performance LLC

What hoses would be included in an SVX specific kit? Radiator and intake? Approximate price?

Hose kit hasen't been decided yet, will look into it when we get on the CAI this weekend typically it will be all vaccuum and most extra coolant lines i.e. turbo coolant etc, however not typically the radiator hoses, I would do a radiator hose kit separately though.

For my own I'm most likely doing stainless steel however, pics later. Kmac's I got from Tom, I haven't set up an account with Kmac yet but will. I also have a set up with cometic if anyone needs a head gasket Will be working with CP and eagle and looking into more stuff for building EG33's

Just a heads up I've got boundless ideas for the SVX, a lot of new exciting things coming... i.e. Adjustable lower control arms? maybe? front sway bar?? fuel rails??? just a few off the top of my head that I'll throw out there for those who tune in... but shhh... don't tell

Updates!

We had a blast yesterday at Miller Motorsports Park at the lapbattle! The SVX didn't quite get finished in time to make it out to the track but she'll be there next time!

Up next we have SEMA and EFI! We'll start doing tunes after that! so look for some new Maps for those Hydra'ed SVX's coming soon!

If anyone is going to be making it out to sema look for us! We'll be there for the last two days!

More Soon!
