Well guys & gals, It's not looking good for me. I'm getting way behind due to the whole disability thing and by time I get caught up, it will be time for reading plus the car is broke right now and costing me even more to fix it. I'll keep trying to line things up though. wish me luck.

No money from me but I'll kick in a car for ya. Granted it won't be Chrysler Gold but you can put 1/4 of my annual miles on my red 95 should ya get here. Can even get ya from the airport.

This is priceless!!!

GJ to Pittsburgh and GJ to Philadelphia were the same.
Michelle,

The trick to getting low-cost airfare is to be flexible. If you can get to Denver (about 3-1/2 hours from you), fares from there to Baltimore (about 2 hours from Reading) are under 200.00.

I'm sure we can get you to Reading from Baltimore, right, guys?

Of course, your work schedule would have to be flexible, too. I was checking fares based on leaving Denver on Friday and returning on Sunday.

Diana,
Indeed it would be cheaper to fly out of Denver instead of Grand Junction, but I would have to drive 250 miles over two high mountain passes and the weather in the Rockies in late spring is so very unpredictable. I'd rather pay the extra to fly from home than run the risk of not getting to go at all (and being out the cost of the fare).

What about Salt Lake City? Is it any easier to get there from where you are? Fares are still under 285.00.

Nope. SLC is a little farther and still several passes. I prefer to fly through SLC than Denver, which is what I did last year, but Delta seems to have the highest rates this year.

Ok I dunno where it all dissapeared to, but somehow 35 dollars of my donation and 30 of Toms' have dissapeared from the list. So I'll just re-add it to the list to give us an accurate idea of whats there so far. Well at least accurate as much the last PM I received about current donations.

$50.00—TomsSVX
$25.00—svxcess
$75.00—jjcobra
$25.00 & a box o' juice - Ron M.
$50.00 -uncamitzi (of course this means that I'll have to eat in)
$50.00 - Larry III
$25.00 - SUBBYRU89

Current Total—$300.00

Just a bit more and thndr will be all set for the meet.
