Starting problem Civic..

Hi guys,

this is not realted to our SVX, but my friend's car is having a starting problem. We have checked the following

1) Gas - full tank
2) Battery - fully charged

tried for jump start but no success.

model 92 Civic.

wht might be the problem... the engine is running i mean its trying to start (like wht happens when the battery is low) but it is not running. recently had oil change.
