The judging will take place on Saturday. There will be a team of judges as well as the ability for the public to vote. There will be two categories; "Showroom Stock" and "Modded".

There will custom made trophies for the winners. The winners will be announced Saturday night at the "awards and raffle"

You have a month to get your cars ready, start polishing.

The rules; Let me know if there are any questions.

Judging Rules
- Judging is open to any Subaru SVX from 1992 to 1997
- See Dave “Hocrest” or Bill “SVXRide” to Register
- Judging will be done by a panel of judges for 2/3 of the score and “Peer voting” for 1/3
- You need to have your car ready and available for the judges by 3:00 pm. It is your duty to find either Bill or Dave and let them know that you are ready for judging
- Registration is $10 per car. Proceeds will go to Subaru-SVX.net
- Registration will include $5 worth of voting tickets (10 each)
- Entrants can buy more voting tickets if they would like.
- Fill out the registration form and display it in your car on the dash while parked at the hotel.
- Please bring a container to hold the tickets for people voting for your car. A clean milk jug, coffee can, shoe box or anything similar will work. Creativity could be a plus here.
- Anytime between 9:00 and 4:00 that your car is in the parking lot, you should have your “vote” container visible and on or next to the car.
- If you want to participate in the group drive leaving at 11:00, please have your car ready for the judges before 10:00 and notify them that you would like to participate in the drive.
- Judges decisions will be final, there is no appeal process.
Classes
- You can choose what class to enter, most judging will be scored the same for both classes. Following is the point structure for both classes. (Body/Paint – 20pts, Interior – 30pts, Lights/Wheels – 20pts, Engine Compartment – 20pts, and Undercarriage – 30pts)
- Stock – Each car will start with 30 points and then lose points for non stock items.
- Modified – Each car will start with 15 points and increase for changes that improve the car, and subtract for changes that don't improve (Minimum is 0, Maximum is 30)
- Maximum points for both classes are 150.
Peer Voting
- Anyone can buy any number of tickets to vote for any participating car.
- Tickets are 10 for $5. Proceeds go to Subaru-SVX.net
- Voting can take place anytime that the car is available in the parking lot, there will be a container near each car.

I've attached a Registration form. If you would like to participate, please print this out and fill out the top of the second page. We will have some available, but it will be easier if you bring your own already filled out.

I just hope that the spelling for the event trophies does not say "Concourse", but rather "Concours" (as in Concours d'Elegance)

How many trophies were we talking about in each class? Just "Best in Show" for Stock and Modified, or are there 2nd or 3rd place as well?
