Subaruparts.com closed?

Hi all,
I have been unable to reach Subaruparts.com for the last week. Voicemail left. Emails sent. Recording says they are closed.
Anyone know what gives?

They have always been horrendous at answering the phone, and almost as bad as replying to emails, in my experience. However, whatever I order always shows up. You can call the main dealership and ask - 888.713.0203.

1stsubaruparts.com is always cheaper and I have bought many items from them. They are in Washington State though Gordo, so expect a bit of shipping time.

Tacoma Washington. I can go by tomorrow and see if they are still there. The dealership has changed hands several times, and that might be the case

And Liberty Subaru in NJ has pricing as good as them and ships from NJ and they only charge the actual shipping charge. No handling or upcharges.

What time did you phone? They're a dealership, not a 24/7-staffed Web store. M-F 8-5 Pacific time.

Hi all,
I phoned during their business hours, 877-473-6200. Recording said they were closed, to call them 8-5 etc. I usually order from Liberty Subaru in New Jersey, good SVXWN discount (20%) and fast shipping to CT.
I ordered from Subaruparts.com when they had the free shipping early January.
The website shows my order as shipped, tracking number shows delivery today.
Unusual that they didn't return my calls, left 2 voice messages, sent an email...

I have been waiting since January 3rd for an order. Have a confirmation number. No replies from 2 e-mails.

I've bought every OEM Subaru part on my whole car from them and never had an issue, though I've never tried to contact them either. I just send them money and they send me parts.

Anybody try phoning the Bruce Titus dealership number(s)?

I ordered an idler pulley from them a few weeks ago and was surprised by how quickly it arrived. A few weeks before that it was a radiator cooling fan motor assembly. No issues.

I hope they haven't bugged-out and left customers in the lurch.

Hi,
They have emailed me the shipping notifications previously, but not this time. My order shows as being shipped, and the Fed-Ex tracking confirms.

I received an order from them a few weeks ago. The usually 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. The phone number on the packing slip said Bruce Titus Automotive Group/Tacoma Subaru 253-473-6200

I placed a large parts order (valve cover gaskets, hood and trunk struts, etc) about a month ago and made several e-mail and phone communications that were promptly responded to in order to adjust qty of items and add an item and the whole order was accurately delivered within two weeks.

I placed another significant order this past weekend (timing belt, water pump, cam/oil pump seals, etc.), got a confirmation e-mail Monday, and a shipment notification w/tracking number today. Fedex says estimated delivery on Friday.

Two thumbs up from me.

With any luck the car will stop blowing smoke from under the hood from all the oil leaks soon...

Maybe somebody should phone or drop a line to let 'em know there's a rumor on a Subaru forum that they've closed, as customer e-mails and voice mails are going unanswered.
