WTB: y pipe

Hey all,

I have the SVX exhaust manifolds, but I need the y pipe as well for my impreza project.

I have no idea if they will fit, so I'm hoping someone can help me out on price.

Hi Dan,

I'm a bit confused. Are they eg33 pipes custom made for an impreza? The impreza y pipes are completely different than the SVX y pipes and I happen to have a set of Impreza ones already.

Thanks
Luke

Taiden-

The SVX doesn't really have a Y pipe- it is like the 2005ish Legacy, in that each side of the engine exits into a long pipe with a cat in it, reaching a second cat with 2 inlets back by the end of the tranny.

I imagine you are swapping the EG33 into an Impreza, and factory SVX exhaust parts really are not going to work for you. You have the manifolds, and I imagine a catback exhaust of some nature- have an exhaust shop fill in the rest with some custom work.
