Front knock Sensor (1)

Need one knock sensor for the front, by the alternator.

Hopefully this'll cause my car to lose it's misfire and shakiness.

Re: Front knock Sensor (1)

Are you sure it's a knock sensor and not a faulty spark plug wire/connection...that was my issue, switching out the plug and resolved the problem...GL

Re: Front knock Sensor (1)

Im hoping that by replacing all my valve gaskets, and the front knock sensor(which has a crack in it) will resolve this..if not, I'll look into finding out which plug is being a pain in the buttocks.

any other suggestions?

Re: Front knock Sensor (1)

From the looks of it, a combo wrench should do the trick...

If you got a camera down there I am assuming you can fit your hand.

Re: Front knock Sensor (1)

iphone, and i can BARELY get my hand in there. 12mm combo wrench is just a bit too short. Plus, the sensor thats in front of it where the knock sensor plugs in, is in the way.
