I know that. But i have seen some one here that have made a crossmember for the SVX to use. When you are swap over to 5speed. That is what i am looking for. So i can use the stok exhaust systems on my car.

Re: request for a crossmeber 5speed. (WTB)

I had one made locally from my stock crossmember for around $300. That might be your best bet. Ask around different shops and see if they are willing to do it. Show them that picture and tell them you need something similar. Do you still have the stock crossmember?

Might want to send a PM to Johnnybeas, as last I saw he was making 5mt kits. I got mine (same as above pic) from YT - he might have some left laying around...? if not I'm sure OT could make you one too...

Re: request for a crossmeber 5speed. (WTB)

I used all 3 WRX (2002) transmission crossmembers in my conversion, however, we did have to cut a small piece of the front piece for it to clear the exhaust. I've replaced that part of the exhaust now and there's no clearance issues.

Re: request for a crossmeber 5speed. (WTB)

I was planning on doing a 5MT swap, but decided not to. I have a cross member - It's a little rusty/could do with a coating of rust converter, but it structurally sound and in decent condition. I bought it off a member here for $300 + shipping. Would sell for $200 + $50 shipping to Jersey. Let me know.
