Same chassis, different interior, different drivetrain, different fascia, different brakes, etc etc etc.

According to this, the Silvia and 200SX are the same.

Well there are Civic Type Rs, outside the NA market. There is no Acura outside the US so the Integra Type R is called a Civic Type R.

Nissan Silvias look SIMILAR to 240sxs, but they are DIFFERENT. The main difference is that Silvias have POWER. They are quite potent, and they have a different interior, different front fascia, different brakes. PERIOD. Quit arguing.

And the Civic Type R is basically a factory backed hopped up CIVIC, but it is not and has NEVER been available in the states. A few Civic Type Rs made it to canada, but other than that they've never been here. An integra and a civic are completely and totally different platforms.

First of all, WHICH of the last two posts is untrue?

Second, YOU'RE the only one who's arguing.

<removing moderator hat for a moment>

Third, stop being so %@#*&# critical on this forum. If you're only here to be negative and critical and to stir up stuff, then, find another forum to take your frustrations out on -- perhaps the Yugo forum -- I'm sure they'll welcome you with open arms.

Sorry. Don't mean to 'stir things up'. But they are completely untrue. A silvia has in much in common with a 240sx as a grandam has with an alero. Yes, same chassis, but differetn front fascia, different drivetrains, different interior.
Secondly, the civic= integra comment was just completely wrong.

Just trying to stop mis-information.

WOW! Randy, come on, don't sink down to his level. you are way better than that, and so is most of the population here. if no one feeds into his stupidity, he will get bored and go away.

What the hell is your problem Kelli? I came here peacefully, and I haven't done anything wrong. Yeah, that one letter is a CHAIN letter, even though it has something to do with Patriotism. I schooled a few people in the octane discussion, so I'm obviously not an idiot. And I corrected 2 people in 2 completely misinformed posts. Please explain why you think I'm an idiot, KELLI.

Please notice, in my post, I said "200SX" not 240. The web page is from an owner, whom I would think would know what he's talking about. Although, I've been wrong before. Alan, was asking the question, "Isn't a . . ." Not trying to refute anything you were saying, so, why the obnoxious reply. If you "are" the expert you try to set yourself out to be, please enlighten us, BUT, let's do it without the damns, and hells and craps and arrogant bravado.

Perhaps you don't "mean" to stir things up, but, you seem to have a inate ability to do so.

I didn't notice I had any damns, craps, or any other type of PG 13 language in my response. I posted an informative post without ANY use of such language, so I don't see what you are talking about.
