245/40/18 is about 0.6" taller than 225/40/18, but that's inconsequential. Stock diameter for the SVX is 24.9", which is nearly an inch smaller in diameter than the 245/40/18.

Granted, it's not a truck tire, but when you get to unconventional offsets and greater-than-stock-width tires, diameter starts to matter.

Nice looking wheels. The best after market rims I have seen on an SVX.
