An upside-down airfoil. (as a right side up one would generate lift, not what we want)

Any car will benefit from some rear end downforce at speed, and that doesn't come from little faries pushing the rear bumper down.

Re: SVX without a wing

My plan is to wear the new wing for 10 days, switch to the original svx wing for 5 days, and then go with no wing at all for 3 days.

Thats my 18 day rotation schedule.

Maybe you guys would suggest .5 day with my new wing, 9 days with the original svx wing, and 8.5 days with no wing.

Re: My new custom wing. What a freakin ordeal.

I made the wing so tall because I though it might make the car go faster.

Re: SVX without a wing

I think 9 days with the stock wing, 9 days without, and burn the other one for warmth.

Re: SVX without a wing

You might want to try out the JDM spoiler in lieu of the USDM spoiler. Beautiful car!

Re: SVX without a wing

JDM spoiler really suck bad except for that prototype that never came out. Even the prototype is not tall enough for my taste. It would be awesome if it were as tall as my new wing.

Re: SVX without a wing

i like your svx with out wing. I do prefer the JDM spoiler better... having my NZ new and JDM one parked togeather and then having an good look.
I used to like this kind of wing on an svx. it sort of reminded of some ive seen fitted to supras

I think if you cut it down by ~6 inches you might be there.
How close is the front edge's "angle" to that of the rear edge of the door? My visual sense says they have to match.

how high does that gigantor sit? by the looks of it it could lose a foot in height.... just my opinion, I think it kinda pulls the whole STI thing if it weren't so humungo....

Dont ask..... He actually might think that.

This is an absolutely horrendous addition to an SVX IMHO.... It fails on many, many levels...
