Leaking valve covers

OK so do you really have to pull the engine to change the valve cover gaskets? I have heard you do, but I'm not sure. Mine leak sorta bad so I hope I can get them changed at a reasonable price or else I have to live with it!

It would be alot easier to do if the engine were out, but can be done with it still in. You'd just need another set of hands for it to be easier.

One of these makes it a LOT easier:

http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item....re&dir=catalog

10mm ratcheting t-handle wrench (click linky for picture) they run $33.25 from Snap-On but they are worth every penny! They are EXCELLENT for EA82 valve covers, especially the rearmost bolt on the driver's side...
