All good Ozzes have there own brewery in the back shed. Coopers Sparkling Ale 5.6 %.or if you use 1.5 kg of sugar, it's 6.5 % which brings it up to an enjoyable drop, taken with the usual 'herbs and spices'. So if you go visiting 'yagotabringyagrogalon' Harvey.

Home Brew
There are several shelves of Coopers Draught as well as a fridge full in my garage waiting for any SVX visitors and all is brewed with 1.5 kg of sugar. We don' t go for maiden's, er, water way down under!
I agree the site has gone rather cold now that there are other threads covering technical stuff etc. (That modern kids word always tickles me. Stuff, it is so expressive.) The original Ausie. site got me interested in all this because it contained postings of integrity and substance, rather in contrast to what else I had observed. Some of the more discerning from up north appeared to have migrated to hide away from the crowd and it seemed that a sort of satelite brotherhood could be in the wind. I for one hope this will continue. In the event that my observations were wrong no doubt I will be corrected. If I am onto something, how can we keep our secret? Regards to all who post here, Trevor.

And, James, you know I wouldn't come to Oz without looking you up. I'll call you from Harv's and You, Joe, Harv and Me can have a jolly old time. Then, it's off to New Zealand to help Trevor deplete his stock of Coopers and "not water." Gosh. Maybe one of these days. But, I can dream.

Trevor I really like that Cooper's ale. Genuine drink, unlike a lot of that stone cold crap people from hot countries seem to favour. It's a while since I had some here, but I seem to remember it is double brewed, has yeast in the bottle. Sterling stuff.
We seem to have a quorum to kick off our UK meet this summer. At least 5 or 6 are interested, so we will set a date on it soon. Next year, Europe. The following year, Down Under? We start saving Randy?? Joe

Check out the exchange rate and you may recon on tasting my brew first. Pity money is such expensive stuff.
Sold my yacht so can't offer anyone a lift and SVX's don't float I am told. Life sure gets tedious don't it. But hell we can still have fun as long as this site keeps ticking. I guess we have Chris to thank for that. Just a thought --- wasn't the old bench front seat a wonderful asset if one did not own a station wagon. Sorry James you have missed out on that one. But not to worry why not buy a classic as well as an SVX. Trevor.
