Northwest SVX Awards Banquet Weekend! All are welcome!
Note: This first post will change as more information is updated...
I'm pleased to announce that the 3rd Annual Northwest SVX Awards Banquet will once again be an extended weekend of activities. The "main event" is of course the Awards Banquet itself to be held on a Saturday night. As in the past, the group will eat, drink, and have great conversations. We'll hand out a few fun awards (and hopefully lots of donated Subaru stuff as in the past), and then eat, drink, and talk some more.  Outside of that, we can do planned events Friday night, Saturday morning/afternoon, Sunday, etc. It all depends on who is interested and when. So time to start a sign-up list! This will not only help us decide which days to have activities, but also (and even more important), it will give me an idea of how big a group to expect so I can book a restaurant room accordingly. Please fill in your information as soon as you can so we can start working on everything. We're not looking for 100% commitment to anything yet (especially since the date isn't set), but at least have reasonable interest and plan to put the effort into coming if you sign up (I don't want to book a space for 50 and find out only 15 are actually showing up). This will happen in the 2nd half of January (after the holidays are settled down), somewhere in the Seattle/north area. Exact location and date will depend greatly on the sign up list as well (again, the number to expect will determine which restaurant to choose, and in turn which dates they have available). This is a LOT of things to coordinate, but it can be very easy with a lot of information going into it. Please help by signing up if you have some interest! THANKS! -Your name + how many additional people with you for the dinner -Write in only ALL times you would be interested in doing something -Please write "Hotel" and one of the following "yes/no/maybe". Even if the answer is "no", it helps to leave no question about it. If there is enough interest, I will look into getting a block of rooms discount at a hotel near the restaurant and serve as a base for all weekend's activities. 1. Me plus one for staturday overnight. Any weekend but January 14. My nephew is getting married. Bye the way I saw a liquid silver on 405 in Kirkland. We waved and did a side by side for a while. I also saw a green on I5, she totally ignored me. oh well, her loss but the car looked good!
