Hey Mat

Hey Mat. This is Mat. Glad to have you here. I about pooed my pants when I saw another Mat. Kinda wierd that I too have a black 92. Keep us updated on any mods you do or any info you have. Yea, about these name jokes...they're REAAAAAL funny . You think the pic of that exploded Mark VII is sad (which it is!), here's one to top it off...my nickname is "Rug." Man, good thing I'm already grown and have a little self esteem, or I'd prolly be in therapy for a few years

OK

Well one of you can be Mat Blak, and the other can be Rugrat or Rugmat.

Beer in an SVX?? Serves you right!!

And why don't you play baseball? Don't you know your kids are entitled to a slice of the American Dream? Or at least one of them?

(Cue Steve Martin with elongated nose {his regular one} playing baseball with his daughter or grandaughter, slamdunking the chihuahua)

(Cue Kevin Costner, racing after the tractor, which has slipped the parking brake and is headed downhill through a Field of Beans, right for the porch, which is parked outside of the house)

Pull zoom. Music fades.

Thanks Don, so far so good no one has bitten my head off for not conforming to some crazy rule that I might not know about this place.

And Mat, that is messed up, you must be like my evil twin or something (the other guy is always the evil twin right?). This could get confusing, fortunately our call-signs are different enough though. If it ever gets confusing, I'll just be Mat-2. The next Mat that comes in here though is getting banned, that or we will all have to start our own page for Mats only. Nice to talk to you,

-Mat 2

ps. Randy, nice game the other day!

Randy, is that the reason why you were washing your SVX during the MWM? Hehe

Funny, ha, ha. No. I was washing my car because the others were embarassed to be seen with me. I had a bajillion bugs I had collected on the trek from Owensboro to Rockland. And, with my little "crunch" I just didn't feel like cleaning her up before getting to the meet. But, it gave me a chance to try out Mike's power washer. Sweet little item. The downside was, that there were several "fund raiser" car washes going on that day and I wanted to go 'round looking for the one the High School cheerleaders were running. Shari (my wife, for those who don't know), insisted I opt for the power washer . . . or, a cold shower.

Fortunately I spell my name with two T's. Also, as fate would have it, I am now driving a black '92 as well.

Welcome aboard.

Talking WELCOME MAT

Mat,

Welcome. The SVXers from the five New York families would like you to know that we are happy to make your acquataince. Forget the beer. Here have a glass of Lambrusco. Sorry about the Continental. If youse want, we can find out who done it. We have contacts on the west coast. We have a pretty good idea who done it , if the car was yellow.
I see you bought a black SVX. Good choice. A lot of my associates here feel that black is the best color for a car.
Next summer we are having a big gathering of all the related associates in Our SVX House (La Casa Nostra SVX). You can find out all about it by looking in the "Upcoming Meets" forum. You should really think about being there. You let me know what's it gonna' take to get you there. I'm always ready to make a deal.
Good luck with your SVX and Happy Motoring.

Nah, you're just an associate.

Ya gotta blow at least two trannies till you're "made" round here.
