Subaru *might* still have them. I just ordered one not too long ago (less than a year). Part number is:

SOA386R317

But to be honest I bought it to replace the OEM one when I take the car to shows. I don't use it. I use the aftermarket one listed in the above post. It is way more reliable and takes a battery that is easy to get. The oem one is an old bad design. The new aftermarket one is smaller more durable and there are no worries about damaging the now rare OEM remote... which will happen.
