Rear subframe removal

Just wondering what is the procedure for removing the rear subframe?
im taking it out at the moment so I can replace the diff bushings?

When I replace the rear diff bushings I just remove the rear differential and use a sawzall to make two cuts, one inch apart in the outer shell of the rear bushings.
Dropping the rear subframe is not necessary, thank Heaven.

I thought you had to use a hydraulic press to press then in with? I dont really want to damage them on installing?

I lubricate the new bushings with petrolium jelly to make them easier to install, and then use a hub tamer, or a combination of a big bolt, nut, and washers to draw them in.
