5spd swap problem
ok so as per hucks instructions in his write up, i linked my engine torque control to the electronic power steering wire on my svx, now when ever i turn it kicks in the engine torque control, only when i turn. direction does not matter, any one else have this problem?
help please!!

huh
interisting, so if i read this right there is no need for the jumper? ok i think i read it wrong, then crap why does the car seem to lose power for no reason any one else have a similiar problem?

Jeff, how's your P/S? Ive seen a bad pump literally shut down a motor, making me think it'd locked down.

Yep, Jeff the jumper is not needed....I added that to the write up when someone else said it was necessary....I've never added the jumper.....sorry for the confusion.

the power steering works great no effort to turn the wheel, and it doesn't happen unless i try to accelerate while turning i guess i'll go remove the jumper and see what happens

just to give this a difinate end, it was the problem, huck you should remove that wire from the 5spd write up
