My front Grille project

Well i have decided to attempt fabricating a new front grille for the svx, its going to have similar appearence to the smallcar grille

,

In the first stages i have started building the grille from scratch using balsa wood, after i have the shape i want i will use it to create a fibregalss mould

here are the initail pics of the balsa wood build up.
