how do you make the dash light up a different color? Post a how to! I want it blue.......

GUYS, i have a little problem with ProCarParts, last time they were on sale on ebay, i placed a bid and won, but the problem is the payment method because he didn't accept MasterCard and my country (Lebanon) isn't listed on paypal... so i couldn't get them. any other supplier ? I tried also MakotoAutoTrends, SAME OLD PROBLEM !!!! any help ? plsssss

Doesn't western union transfer money?

i tried to send by western union but there was a miscommunication concerning that the seller will go to a Western union office in order to pick up his money which he refused to do. he wanted his money send to him directly. maaaaaaaaaan that's a big issue

I've been meaning to replace the stock gauge panel backlighting with blue LED's, but haven't yet pulled the guages to figure out what to buy. If you would be so kind as to post what bulbs we need (type, make, vendor, quantity, etc.), you would be my HERO. If I can get me backlighting blue, I wouldn't get the reverse glow gauges.

i got the indglo's and i put them all on right but now my spped says im doing 30mph when im doing like 7 to 10 mph. but when i stop it go right back to the needle rest

does anyone know anything that might help??????

Danny, Try bidpay.com They will send a money order for you to the seller for about $3. I've used them plenty of times when the sellers won't accept paypal. You get a conformation email and the buyer gets one. Hope it helps

You won't be able to. The green is on the plastic, same with the HVAC text. It's literally molded into the plastic. I believe Lwin sanded off the backs of his gauges in an attempt to get red gauges, so check with him for more details.

Reinstall and glue them down harder this time, it sounds like your needle is binding against the gauge face.

RED i want RED!!!!. How much you want Lwin? And what exactly is it just the bulbs or the entire peice?

He didn't ATTEMPT to have red gauges, he HAD red guages. You still have the pic Lwin? And from what I remember, it wasn't very difficult to do.

I just replaced a lot of the burned out dash button bulbs and their green color comes from the green bulb boot (or condom as they have been called). Are the bulbs that backlight the dash the same as the button bulbs? Do they get their green color from boots? If the color is from the boot, a different color boot (or different color LED's) should result in different color dash backlighting, no?

You have to do a few things to get the right colours. YOu have to sand down the back to make it clear and paint it red. And get new red bulbs.
