I'm on top of this guys, but having a problem getting onto the carfax site. It started yesterday afternoon.

It's not the carfax site, it's me. IE... just to get onto this site, I have to wait with a blank screen for around 3 minutes... literally. Same with Yahoo, etc.

But I can still get on. The Carfax site, I can't get on at all. I've let it set long enough to go eat and come back, and still a blank browser.

It's me somewhere, and as soon as I troubleshoot out the problem, and what I've done to my browser, I'll have these run. I have a plumber on his way out right now to the house for a different "log on" problem.. So after he leaves, I'll get in here and figure it out.

It turned out to be a Trojan. It was rerouting my usual DNS server address to it's own. They make a duplicate of some DNS out there, and then redirect key sites like PayPal, etc to it's own fake sites where they grab your passwords, CC numbers' etc. I figured that's what it was, because it was obviously having trouble decoding the names... hence the blank screens. Just takes a while to clean it out. Also obvious they didn't have carfax on their server at all.

No harm.... I doubt if the places I've been to were on their redirect listings.

All is fine, and back to lightning speeds again.

By the way, I use Adobe Acrobat Professional to automatically save these to PDF format. Then I upload them to my personal locker (Thanks SVX World Network!! ) and make a link to it here.

Are you guys having any problems saving them to your system or reading them?
