Will do, at this point i have no choice as the lack of range of motion I have with my arm prevents me from drifting the xjr w/o pain. I know //I'd have trouble stretching it to the handlebars of a standard bike right now.

he has a car with a hitch and he has a trailer. All we need to do is score him a bike.

No it just sounds like your beginning to make the right choices. XF I'd guess? or if she's really practical the XK.

Re: Benebob was in an accident

Prelim hearing day. Seems the public defender has talked the girl who hit me into a plea deal where the felony hit and run is dropped and the felony assult with a m.v. stays along with the dui and other chargesl She will get a 6-14 month sentance, 5 years probation, must pay tbd restitution and will not get her license back until it is paid in full.

Unfortuately there was no hearing and there were a ton of peopele there so I didn't get to personally thank both the witnesses who without them she never would have gotten caught but I'll definately send them a thank you card. I did get to see a picture of her car from the Swatara cop. I did a good job of making the damage noticable. Apparently Japanese steel isn't as strong as English alloys as I did a solid 4k in damage to her car and IMHO as a former trained cr writer ther is no doubt that the car has "frame" damage.

Good to see justice is being done. And, yes, Japanese steel, as well as American, is not what it used to be. I hope this helps towards bringing closure for you for a horrific experience.

Closure for me will only come when I'm able to lift my leg over another 34 inch high seat and be able to ride safely without pain in the pelvis or shoulder. Closure for my daughter will be when she straps on a helmet and goes for a ride with dad or learns to ride in the dirt herself. Sadly, I don't see that happening in my lifetime.

Ben, Glad it has gotten this far - I would think you will have to stay on the authorities to make sure all the sentencing occurs!
Good to see you so upbeat too - hope you get back to where you were prior to all this!
Hope your daughter progresses onward with this as well... It has to be hard on her - and your wife too!
Harry

I wouldn't say that. I think P.T. is you pay them lots of money to prove to you that you're just not gonna get the motion back you once had. It won't stop me from being faster around them cones then you my friend though so don't 'cha even think it. Legs are just weak and painful. Shoulder will be the real issue and honestly if the decision was mine for one of my workers, they wouldn't be able to come back so we'll see where that leaves me. There is plenty I just won't be able to do from this point on.

Re: Benebob was in an accident

Think of the money you saved on P.T. by using Ms. Hit-and-Run's car as a training partner!
