H 6 cover plugs....
Does anyone know of an aftermarket plug of some sort, that can be used as a substitute for the $7.50 subaru part. I am referring to the two plugs/(clips) that hold on the H6 cover on the back of the engine. I have the rubber "seats" that they snap in to; just missing the black plug things....
Anyone know what I am talking about?? Thanks...

I was going to use alan head bolts with anchor nuts.

Not sure if you have an autozone in your neighborhood but they have an excellent replacement. Just look for the interior fasteners section, it's almost identical. I tried to find it online but I think the brand name is HELP, that name is to vague to pull up anyting.

Allen bolts
Hi, I used 2 allen bolts but I had to find nuts to fit them. Looks Good.
I lost one plastic screw at the 10th Subaru Plant. Some of you will remember the rush to get the cover off and signed by the Engineers. Bye .......Ralph

 I've thought about throwing some molly bolts on it before
