Well obviously, the SVX didn't have an ECUtune or a power mode mod on it.

As soon as I saw "focusfanatics" in the link I figured it would be that sort of thread... hahaha.

The SVX always seems to pull out the tricks, and usually leaves people wondering "what the hell was that?" I like my ability to hang around 4th gear at 55mph, and when traffic breaks up, just take off. Usually a few other sports cars that do it as well, thinking they're going to pull away from me as well, then I get the stare...

...So, he pulled a half a car lenghth on the svx, and was suprised he didnt completly blow it out of the water. The rest of the guys go ahead and say mosst subarus are pretty fast.

Is it just me, or is that focus group....unusually level headed? I dont think I saw a single curse word, mis-appointed capitol letter, or "Yeah, my car is SOOO fast" thing. Strane

I had this happen a few days ago, with a riced out 300Z.

He paced me for a ways with the patented WTF is THAT stare, then he just took off. I was running 65, I'm not gonna play.....too much

I blew a 4 door focus out of the water in mine... (Although I punched it as soon as the light turned green cuz I needed in the next lane, and the Focus driver didn't...) I don't street race though.. Closest I get is punching it at a light and backing off as soon as I hit the speed limit, anything beyond that I take to the track.
