JDM tranny vs Eurotranny

Hi Guys

As you may remember my autotranny is gone, and I like to have another one.
In Europe there are only 2 available at giant costs
The code of my tranny is TZ102-YP1BA
After reading a lot about this subject on the forum, I am still a little puzzled.

I understand that JDM and USDM is not an easy swap.
But all I can find about the the differences between Euro and JDM is the front speed sensor (inside vs outside and interchangable?) and rear mounting bracket.

Am I right about this?

In the US there are a number of JDM available at reasonable costs so that would be a nice option for me
