Are those the SVX stock wheels on the mini-van?

Hahaha, Talked a lot longer then planned but was well worth it. Always good to chat it up with a fellow SVXer. I actually still have not slept since about noon yesterday and somehow am still functioning.

So far the van is holding up. Well, the heavy duty shocks are already killed in just a month's use so I'll be heading to Advance Auto to get another set and return these for the warranty. The good news is now I have an SVX that I have tarps and can put some of the heavier stuff in there so the weight isn't on the rear of the van. Should help greatly. It will also be getting it's 2nd oil change on this trip before leaving the Tampa area.

Halistan, those are the factory hubcaps from chrysler. Almost everyone typically has to take a second look, even seeing it in person, however today, I don't think anyone did a double take, however they may have been too distracted by the multiple SVXi that were in our presence.

Re: Nate's in town again.

I was so confused, I didn't know what to do with an empty van. And even putting stuff back in, I had so much extra space, I didn't know how to load stuff.

Re: Nate's in town again.

Maybe you should stop at Lowes and grab a couple of 80# bags of mortar mix.

Might just have to. I'm going to have the whole middle of the van filled, but then basically just the compressor and a few other small bits in the back 1/3 of the van. It's kinda odd. I was actually scared the other day when some of the stuff got cleared out from delivering stuff to these Florida owners, I could actually see out the back window for the first time in over a month!

Re: Nate's in town again.

nate, maybe you should look into the overload shocks they use on handicap converted vans. they seem to hold up better.

I'm going to be going with an airbag setup. Also, the handicap van rear suspension is not a good option at all. If you ever look at how they really work, the back end gets jacked up over 8 inches above stock. It's more expensive and less practical than many other options. I've explored that route already. Thank you though
