First Issue with my '96 in years - Misfire in 3 Cylinders

My old Auto XRay EZ Link is displaying P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire, P0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire, P0306 Cylinder Misfire.

She was running great as she always has and today, at a red light, she sputtered, flashing Check Engine, solid Chek Engine indication. Ran badly for a few hundred yards, started running as great as always then did it again a mile later.

Engine has 188K, new Iridium IX 2 months ago. I have a few ideas about what the problem may be, but could use some experienced opinions!

Timing belt might have jumped a couple teeth on on cam.....since they are all on one side of the motor...

I had considered that, but, after the 1st and 2nd occurrence, she ran fine...

Definitly worth looking into deeper.

Just throwing ideas out, but the igniter, ECU, cam sensor, crank sensor, moreso the first 2 than the latter.

Check the grounds on the fuel rail on that side

I don't see a grounding wire, but will try to check for continuity.

Any other ideas?
